IGBT超音频加热电源数字化控制的研究

摘    要:感应加热电源利用电磁感应原理具有加热效率高、速度快等优点。本文提出了一种IGBT超音频感应电源控制电路的设计方案,利用成熟的中频电源控制电路,对逆变和保护部分作了改进,实现了IGBT器件的触发和保护功能,试验结果表明,设计方案简单有效.

Abstract:Using the principle of electromagnetic induction the induction heating power has many merits,such as high heating efficiency and speed.The IGBT superaudio-frequency induction power supply has been used in industry more and more widely.This paper provides a new design of the control circuit of the power supply.It develops the invertion and protection pert of mid-frequency power supply to trigger and protect IGBT.The result shows the design is simple and effective.
