弹塑性随机有限元方法在链传动铰链磨损中的应用

摘    要:针对复杂的交变载荷,推导了交变载荷下弹塑性随机有限元的迭代格式,迭代格式中,采用运动强化模型反映塑性变形引起的各向异性和包辛格效应,运用Jhansale模型描述材料的瞬态应力应变关系,由于链传动的随机因素,将随机有限元方法引入到交变载荷下弹塑性有限元的迭代格式中,得到局部应力应变的随机响应,为链传动铰链磨损分析提供了更精确的依据.

Abstract:In terms of complex loading, this paper deduces the iterative formulas of elastoplastic stochastic finite element method (SFEM), uses kinematic hardening model to reflect the anisotropy and Bauwhinger effect resulting from plastic deformation, and uses Jhansale model to describe the transient stress-strain relation in the iterative formulas. Because of the randomness of component chain transmission, this paper introduces the SFEM to the iterative formulas of EFEM under cyclic loading to obtain the random response of local stress and strain, which provides the accurate proof for the reliability analysis of chain transmission.
