摘    要:由于电气火花产生的脉动电磁场严重干扰了矿井设备的正常工作,容易引燃瓦斯爆炸,因此为了提取电火花电磁信号的有效特征,提出了基于小波分析原理,提取电火花信号波形的方法。首先设计了电气火花监测系统,实现了对电火花信号的采集;然后在LabVIEW平台下,通过MatLab混合编程,基于小波理论选取了适合火花信号的小波基函数,提取了电气火花电磁信号波形,并从频谱图中分析了电火花电磁波幅频特性,分析结果将对电气火花的探测具有重要意义。

Abstract:Pulsating electromagnetic fields caused by electric sparks interfere with normal operation of the mine equipment, and brings about gas explosion easily. In order to extract the effective features of magnetic signals of electrical sparks, a method of extracting the signals based on wavelet analysis principle was proposed. First, monitoring system for electric sparks was designed so as to realize its acquisition. And then, based on LabVIEW platform and mixed programming of Matlab, the wavelet basis function suitable for spark signals was selected based on wavelet analysis theory and spark electromagnetic signals were extracted. Furthermore, amplitude-frequency characteristics of spark electromagnetic wave were analyzed by the frequency spectrum map. The analysis results had important significance on detection of electric sparks.
