摘    要:采用微波辐射和马来酸酐(MA)接枝技术对大豆分离蛋白(SPI)进行了复合改性,产物经甘油和水增塑后,通过热压成型得到一种SPI可生物降解材料。研究了微波功率、微波处理时间和MA添加量对该改性材料的力学性能、耐水性能和光学性能的影响,并利用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了材料的微观结构。结果表明:该复合改性SPI可生物降解材料,呈现较好的微观网状结构,并具有良好的综合性能。其拉伸强度为11.48 MPa,断裂伸长率为240.3%,吸水率为33.4%,透光率为39.5%。

Abstract:Soybean protein isolate(SPI) was modified by microwave radiation and maleic anhydride(MA) graft technology,then plascitized by glycerol and water,and a kind of SPI biodegradable material was obtained through hot pressing molding.The effects of microwave power,time,and MA addition on the mechanical property,water resistance,and optical properties of material were studied.The microstructures of the material were observed with scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results show that the modified SPI biodegradable material has a good network structure.The comprehensive properties of composites are optimal,such as the tensile strength is 11.48 MPa,the elongation at break is 240.3%,the water absorption is 33.4%,and the light transmission rate is 39.5%.
