针对当前我国大城市传统街区快速衰败的现状,以及历史保存与高密度开发的矛盾.结合北京南城大吉片区改造项目,探讨未划入保护区范围内的旧城区改造的适宜方法。

Historical Preservation and Continuation of Decayad Neighborhood Area in Old City during Its High Density Development and Remodeling:Taking Remodeling of Dajipian Neighborhood Area as Example

Aiming at the current situation of rapid decay of traditional blocks in domestic large cities and the contradiction between historic conservation and high density urban development, this paper discusses the appropriate way to remodel old urban districts by the project example of Dajipian in Beijing old city, which are out of the conserved area.
