高压电弧技术在转炉煤气放散长明火改造中的应用

摘    要:阐述了传统转炉煤气放散"长明火"点火方式的缺陷,研究利用高压电弧技术实现转炉煤气放散时导入自身放散气体自动点火伴烧。彻底取消焦炉煤气长明火,达到了降本增效目的的同时,消除了焦炉煤气的固有缺陷,提高了转炉煤气放散点火成功率,满足环境保护的要求,经济效益和社会效益显著。

Abstract:This paper describes the defects of traditional methods of converter gas emission long flame ignition. Research using high-voltage electric arc technology of converter gas emission import itself diffuses gas automatic fire with burning. Complete elimination of coke oven gas flare, achieve the objective reduce costs and increase efficiency while eliminating the inherent shortcoming coke oven gas .Increase of converter gas emission ignition success rate, achieve the objective of environmental protection .Economic and social benefits significantly.
