毛细管气相色谱法测定饮料中苯甲醛

摘    要:建立了毛细管气相色谱测定饮料中苯甲醛含量的方法.采用PEG-20M(30m×0.32mm×0.25μm)色谱柱,程序升温,FID检测器检测.结果苯甲醛在50μg·mL^~1-800μg·mL^-1范围内,色谱峰面积与浓度成线性关系,相关系数0.9991,平均回收率95.2%,相对标准偏差4.5%,方法检出限5μg·g^-1.本方法简单、准确,适合饮料中苯甲醛含量测定.

Abstract:Benzaldehyde in drinks was determined by Gas Chromatography with FID after complete separation with PEG-20M(30m×0.32m×0.25m) capillary column.The good linearity between peak area and concentration was obtained within the range of 50g/mL to 800g/ml(R=0.997).The lowest detectable limit was 5μg·g-1.The average recovery rate was 95.2%(RSD=2.4%).The procedure is simple,accurate and reproducible,and suitable for quality control of drinks.
