| 羟基苯甲酸酯对绿脓杆菌防腐作用的研究 | |

| 摘 要： | 通过向以羟基苯甲酸甲酯、丙酯为防腐剂的表面活性剂中接种ATCC标准绿脓杆菌和“wild”绿脓杆菌,对羟基苯甲酸酯中羟基位不同位置的防腐剂防腐效能进行实验研究。结果表明：各种结构的羟基苯甲酸酯对ATCC标准绿脓杆菌均有较佳的防腐作用。但羟基在对位结构的苯甲酸酯能被“wild”绿脓杆菌代谢,而“wild”绿脓杆菌不能代谢羟基在邻位和间位的羟基苯甲酸酯。 |

| Abstract: | The antiseptic effect of hydroxybenzoic acid ester that hydroxyls lay in different position was studied by inoculated standard ATCC and"wild"pseudomonas bacilli to the surfactant systems using hydroxybenzoic acid esters as antiseptic.The experimentation result indicate that all hydroxybenzoic acid ester have an excellent antiseptic effect to standard ATCC pseudomonas bacilli,but h-hydroxy benzoic acid ester has not the effect for"wild"pseudomonas bacilli which can not metabolize m-hydroxy or o-hydroxy benzoic acid ester. |
