摘    要:叙述了在高的原油价格下,炼油企业的渣油加氢技术路线的重要性,介绍了石油化工科学研究院开发的RHT固定床渣油加氢催化剂的研究结果,通过与参比催化剂同时在中石化齐鲁分公司VRDS装置上进行工业运转试验的对比,表明开发的催化剂具有高的脱硫和脱金属等活性,且活性稳定性尤为突出。

Abstract:The importance of residue hydrotreating technology in refineries in the case of high crude oil price was expounded. The results of RHT residue hydrotreating catalyst, used in fixed-bed reactor, developed by Research Institute of Petroleum Processing was presented. The parallel commercial tests in the VRDS unit of Qilu Petrochemical Company in comparison with a reference catalyst showed that RHT possessed high desulfurization, demetallization activity and especially good activity stability.
