| 摘 要： | 从潜油电泵的结构和工作原理入手,运用CAXA的建模方法和软件功能创建了电潜泵系统的零部件结构的三维模型、虚拟装配及渲染动画,采用面向对象的Visual Basic开发软件将CAXA下建立的三维动态模拟结构演示动画及其渲染图进行了通讯和调用,开发出了一套新型潜油电泵多媒体培训软件.该系统基于windows系统,构建了一个互动的的多媒体培训、技术交流平台,满足了技术人员、检修人员及技术管理人员培训、学习、研究的需要.

| Abstract: | Based on the structure and the operation principles,3D model,virtual assembly,and animation rendering of the structural components in the Electric Submersible Pump(ESP) System are established with applying the CAXA modeling method and software function.Moreover,using object-oriented Visual Basic developing software to communicate and transfer animation and render map of three-dimensional dynamic simulating structure made by CAXA,a new multimedia training software for electric submersible pump is developed.Such a Windows-based system,creating an open technical exchange and multimedia training interaction,satisfies the needs of technicians,troubleshooters,and supervisory engineering staffs for their training,studying,and researching. |
