水性光固化聚氨酯乳液的改性及性能研究

摘    要:分别采用环氧树脂、改性环氧树脂、改性环氧丙烯酸酯,对水性光固化聚氨酯乳液进行改性,制得环氧聚氨酯复合乳液、改性环氧聚氨酯复合乳液、改性环氧丙烯酸酯聚氨酯复合乳液,比较这3种乳液的稳定性及涂膜性能的差异。结果表明:改性环氧丙烯酸酯聚氨酯乳液的贮存稳定性最好,但涂膜力学性能略逊于环氧聚氨酯复合乳液与改性环氧聚氨酯乳液。粒径分析仪显示:改性后的复合乳液粒径增大,粒径分布变宽。

Modification and Properties of UV-curable Waterbased Polyurethane Emulsion

Abstract:The UV-curable waterborne polyurethane emulsion was modified by biphenol a epoxy resin,modified epoxy resin, modified epoxy acrylic resin(PPG-EA),named as EP/PU,PPG-EP/PU,PPG-EA/PU emulsion respectively.After comparing stability and properties of the films and dispersion emulsions of these three,they show that the PPG-EP/PU emulsion has the best stability,but the tensile strength of EP/PU,PPG-EA/PU are superior to PPG-EP/PU.The particle size analyzer shows that the particle size and size distribution of the UV-curable waterbased polyurethane emulsion increases.
