沙钢2500m~3高炉热风炉改造实践

摘    要:沙钢炼铁厂现有3座2 500 m3高炉,每座高炉配备3座内燃式热风炉,送风温度约1 180℃。为提高风温及现有热风炉改造做准备,决定每座高炉增加一座顶燃式热风炉。改造后,每座高炉配备4座热风炉,采用交叉并联的送风制度,送风温度1 250℃。

Abstract:There are three 2 500 m3 blast furnaces in iron works of Sha Steel,each of them has 3 hot blast stoves,and the hot blast temperature is 1 180 ℃.For increasing the hot blast temperature and preparing for transformation of the exiting hot blast stoves,one hot blast stove is added for each blast furnace.After the reformation,one blast furnace has 4 hot blast stoves,using crossing parallel air supply system,the hot blast temperature reaches 1 250 ℃.
