摘    要:近年来,本公司对轧钢加热炉实施了一系列节能改造,如汽化冷却和烟气余热利用、热送热装技术的应用,远红外高温辐射涂料的应用等,取得了可观的节能效果。随着5 m板和宽厚板的热装率达到85%左右的水平,热装节能接近极限水平,再提高热装率对节能的贡献有限。本文研究国内蓄热式燃烧技术的发展现状,认为高热装水平下的蓄热式燃烧技术的应用将是公司轧钢加热炉大幅节能的另一个途径。

Abstract:In recent years,a series of energy saving transformation on reheating furnace,such as the application of vaporization cooling,waste heat utilization,technology of HCCR and technology of high temperature far infrared radiant coating is carried out,which has achieved considerable energy saving effect.With the ratio of HCCR approached 85% in five-meters wide heavy plate mill plant and wide and heavy plate plant,the thermal energy is close to the limit level.The development status of regenerative combustion technology in China is studied,and it is pointed out that the application of regenerative combustion technology in high ratio of HCCR level will be another way for the company to save energy.
