Cleaning Method of Inner and Outer Surface of Furnace Tube in Heat Conduction Oil Furnace

Aiming at the pollution ways of different fouling and coking on inner and outer surfaces of the furnace tube in the heat conduction oil furnace,the corresponding methods of bowing out of pipe,physical coke cleaning,chemical ash removal and coke cleaning and chemical descaling cleaning were studied,and the types and characteristics of chemical cleaning agents were discussed,and the chemical cleaning methods and theirs technological steps in the heat conduction furnace and the circulating heating system were analyzed and summarized,and the precautions in the cleaning process were emphasized.
