摘    要:本文依据热平衡计算分析和工程应用分析,对熔铝炉烟气余热资源回收利用系统进行了全面的概括和对比分析。阐述了余热回收技术应用于熔铝炉的突出优点,同时也指出了余热资源回收系统不仅可以最大限度地回收熔铝炉余热,提高熔铝炉燃料利用率,而且经济效益和社会效益显著,值得推广。

Abstract:Based on the heat balance calculation and practical engineering application,the resource recovery system in aluminum melting furnace were summarized and analyzed comprehensively.The outstanding advantages of residual-heat resource recovery technology used in aluminum melting furnace were described.It pointed out that the residual-heat resource recovery system can not only maximize recovery the residual-heat,improve the aluminum melting furnace fuel utilization rate,at the same time,the economic and social benefits were remarkable,which is worthy to be popularized.
