| 摘 要： | 《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》GB50500-2008于2008年12月1日起正式实施,新规范中规定了招标控制价的编制要求。对招标控制价的产生过程进行了论述,并利用信息经济学的有关理论,分析和阐述了招标控制价公开后可能导致的问题并针对这些问题提出对策建议。

| Abstract: | Code of Valuation with Bill Quantity of Construction Works has come into force on December 1st,2008,the new code provides for the preparation of the request about tender control price. Generation process of tender control price is discussed. By using the information economics theory,analyzes the problems caused by tender con-trol price after making public and puts forward some countermeasures. |
