均匀沉淀法制备纳米四氧化三钴微粉

摘    要:采用均匀沉淀法,以硝酸钴和尿素为原料制备了纳米四氧化三钴微粉,对制备条件用正交实验进行优化,优化条件为:反应体系pH=5,反应时间3h,尿素与硝酸钴摩尔比为4,干燥时间为10h,在此条件下,得到了粒径为25nm的四氧化二钴微粉。

Abstract:Using Co(NO 3) 2 and CO(NH 2) 2 as raw materials,the nanometer-sized Co 3O 4 was prepared by homogeneous precipitation method.The influences of reaction time,raw materials ratio,drying time and pH of solution on particle size were investigated.The optimum conditions are as following:the pH of system:5,reaction time:3 h, CO(NH 2) 2 /Co(NO 3) 2(mole):4,drying time:10 h.The product has an average diameter of 25 nm with good dispersive and sphere-shaped.
