| 摘 要： | 针对中国加入世贸组织以后，许多发达国家或企业把知识产权保护问题提升到国家或企业发展战略的宏观高度来重视、知识产权保护刻不容缓的现实，分析了目前中国企业对知识产权的保护普遍缺乏重视，更没有把知识产权纳入战略管理层面的现状，认为必须尽快采取有效措施，提高对知识产权工作重要性的认识，从管理制度、激励机制、扶持政策等方面，强化知识产权保护工作，以增强企业自主知识产权数量，提升企业竞争力，促进企业发展。

| Abstract: | The present situation in China to pay little attention to intellectual property protect and include it not at all in business's strategy is analyzed. It is considered that it must be done as soon as possible to adopt some effective measures to deepen the understanding to importance of intellectual property protect, strengthen intellectual property protect from fields of administration system, stimulation mechanism, help-and-support policy and etc. to increase the amount of business's intellectual properties, enhance the business's competition ability and promote their development. |
