| 摘 要： | 为了考察煤沥青对配煤结焦性能的影响,以不同配加方式和比例的煤沥青添加到配煤中进行实验研究。结果表明:加入2~3%质量比的煤沥青后,配煤的灰分显著降低,挥发分和粘结指数均有不同程度的增加;用煤沥青替代焦煤可以比替代肥煤达到更好的效果,并且最佳的煤沥青加入比例为3%。

| Abstract: | The coking properties of coal charges blended with coal-tar pitch in different ways and different ratio were evaluated.The results reveal that blended with different proportions of coal-tar pitch,the ash content of blending coal significantly decrease,and the volatile matter yield and caking index increase in varying degrees.The coal charges replaced with coking coal behave better on coking properties,and the best addition ratio of coal-tar pitch is 3%. |
