摘    要:快速充填构筑密闭墙是一项新的井下防灭火技术,其中涉及到充填泵的选型。通过充填料浆流变特性的实验,测试了料浆的塑性粘度和初始切应力。在此基础上,分析了料浆管路输送的合理管径和摩擦阻力系数。计算得到料浆管路输送的最大阻力,为充填泵的选型提供了必要的理论依据。

Abstract:Rapid filling constructed airtight wall is a new technology for underground fire prevention,which involoves the pump selection.Through the experiments of filling slurry rheological properties,the slurry plastic viscosity and its initial shear stress are tested.On this basis,the reasonable diameter and friction factors of slurry pipeline transportation are analyzed.The maximum resistance of slurry pipeline transportation is got by caculation,which provides the necessary theoretical basis for filling pump selection.
