黄麻混纺交织物的风格测试与分析

针对黄麻纤维织物能否代替部分中低档亚麻纤维织物及其市场应用方向的问题,探讨棉与黄麻/棉混纺纱交织物的风格特征,并与棉与亚麻/棉混纺纱交织物进行对比。选取1种亚麻/棉混纺纱、5种不同混纺比的黄麻/棉混纺纱与棉纱交织成6种试样,测试并对比分析其用于女士轻薄型外衣面料的各项力学性能和基本风格。结果表明,黄麻纤维织物能代替部分中低档亚麻织物,且同等混纺比的黄麻/棉混纺交织物与亚麻/棉混纺交织物相比,亚麻/棉织物适合制作偏悬垂的合体型服装,黄麻/棉织物适合制作造型性较强的合体型休闲服,尤其是以褶裥为装饰的轻薄型度假服装。

Testing and analysis on style of jute blend union fabrics

In response to the question that whether jute fiber can be used to replace low-end flax fiber and its potential commercial applications, the paper discusses the features of cotton/jute fabric and compares it with flax /cotton fabric. One kind of flax /cotton blended yarn and five kinds of jute /cotton blended yarn with different blending ratios were tested and analyzed to compare a variety of physical and mechanical properties and basic style value for light weight women outwear. Jute /cotton fabrics and flax /cotton fabrics with the same blending ratio were also compared. The results showed that flax /cotton fabrics are suitable for body-fitting garments that hang loosely while jute /cotton fabrics are suitable for body-fitting leisure clothes that have more definite shapes, especially for light weight holiday clothes with folds.
