摘    要:针对高压电路的击穿现象,详细地分析了不同类绝缘介质的击穿机理。根据某机载雷达发射机结构绝缘设计要求,从绝缘材料的选择、合理的结构布局、科学的绝缘材料处理等几方面对该型发射机进行了绝缘设计。通过实际使用证明了该设计方法有效实用。

Abstract:The principles of breakdown of different dielectrics are expatiated based on the breakdown phenomena of the high-voltage circuit. According to the requirements of insulation of the structure of an airborne radar transmitter, the design of insulation of the transmitter is made based on the selection and treatment of insulated materials as well as the reasonable layout of components. The design is verified to be effective via actual applications.
