大传动比、小体积的齿带式减速器

在软齿带传动基础上设计了一种新的齿带式减速器。软齿带是本减速器的结构特点。软齿带以自身的宽度分为三段，其中两个边段为有齿段，中段为无齿段。中段与主动轴采用平带传动，中间采用少齿差圆弧齿带传动，最后采用无齿差圆弧齿带传动输出。从而获得了大传动比，减小了减速器的体积和重量，降低了生产成本。

Toothed Belt Reducer with Big Transmission Ratio and Small Volume

On the basis of soft toothed belt drive, a new toothed belt reducer has been designed. Soft toothed belt is the design feature of this reducer, and it is divided into three sections by its width, of which two side sections are toothed sections, middle section is non-toothed. Flat belt drive is used for middle section and main shaft, circular toothed belt with low tooth difference drive is used secondly, finally circular toothed belt without tooth difference is used for the drive output. As a consequence, big transmission has been obtained, volume and weight of the reducer have been reduced, accordingly the production cost has been decreased.
