微细粒金红石浮选捕收剂的研究

摘    要:以苄基胂酸、羟肟酸、苯乙烯膦酸和水杨氧肟酸作为金红石的捕收剂,进行了单一捕收剂和组合捕收剂试验,结果表明,四种捕收剂对金红石均有一定的捕收力,其中以羟肟酸和苯乙烯膦酸为代表,且二者组合使用的选别效果最好,不仅提高了药剂的捕收性能,还可以降低药耗,提高经济效益.

Abstract:0enzyl arsenic acid, hydroxamic acid, styrene phosphoric acid and salicylhydroxamic acid were used as collectors for rutile to carry out a single collector test and combination collectors tests. The results showed that the four collectors for rutile had a certain collecting force, of which the combination of hydroxamic acid and styrene phosphonic acid had the best beneficiation effect. It not only improved collecting performance of the reagent, but also could reduce the reagent consumption and enhance economic benefits.
