电刷镀镍合金工艺及耐蚀性能研究

摘    要:对镍和镍-钨合金电刷镀工艺和镀层耐中性盐雾(NSS)腐蚀性能进行了研究,并用SEM和EDS对腐蚀前后镀层表面形貌和成分进行了分析。结果表明,通过电刷镀工艺可以获得良好的镍及镍-钨合金镀层,镍-钨合金镀层的耐盐雾腐蚀性能优于镍镀层。

Abstract:The process and corrosion resistance of nickel and nickel tungesten alloy brush plating coatings in salt spray test are studied. The surface and elemental composition of the coatings were observed and analyzed by SEM and EDS. The experimental results show that the process we use could acquire good nickel and nickel tungesten alloy brush plating coatings. The latter shows a better corrosion resistance than the former.
