| 摘 要： | 以亚油酸、苯甲酸、邻苯二甲酸酐(PA)、间苯二甲酸(IPA)、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、季戊四醇、三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)等原料制得水溶性自干醇酸树脂及涂料。研究了工艺条件、多元醇的选择、多元酸的选择、羟基值的控制对涂膜性能的影响。采用红外光谱(IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、接触角测试仪对产物进行了表征。

| Abstract: | Waterborne air drying alkyd resin and paint were prepared by linoleic acid,benzoic acid,phthalic anhydride,phthalic acid,pentaerythritol,bis-MPA,trihydroxymethylpropane and so on.The effects of technical conditions,polyols selection,polyprotic acids selection and hydroxyl group values on film performance were studied.IR,SEM and Contact Angle Measurement were applied for determination of products. |
