PC钢绞线复绕排线速度控制

摘    要:基于PROFIBUS现场总线,设计出钢绞线复绕排线电气系统,该系统由PLC、人机界面(HM I)、逆变器等构成。推导出排线电机主控信号的量化控制公式,利用逆变器的组态功能实现各信号的量化运算,简化电气硬件组态,提高系统的稳定性和可靠性。

Abstract:Basing on PROFIBUS to design electrical system of rewind wire arranging of stranded wire,the system is made up of PLC,human machine interface(HMI),dc-to-ac converter and so on.The quantization control formula of main control signal of electromotor for wire arranging is deduced.The quantization operations of every signals are realized by making use of configuration function of dc-to-ac converter,which predigests electric hardware configuration,raise the stability and reliability of the system.
