摘    要:用质子激发X荧光和中子活化分析方法测量了不同甲状腺激素水平的甲状腺病人红细胞中的微量元素K,Ca,Fe,Cu,Zn,Se和Rb等的含量。用SPSS/PC软件中的单因素方差分析和相关性分析检验了不同组之间甲状腺激素和微量元素的差异和相关性。结果表明,不同甲状腺激素水平病人红细胞中Se元素含量未见显著性差异。

Abstract:The elements K, Ca, Fe, Cu, Zn, Se and Rb in erythrocyte of 78 cases with different thyroid hormone status have been measured by PIXE and INAA. According to status of thyroid hormones T3, T4, TSH, FT3 and FT4 radioimmunoassayed, all patients were divided into four groups,i.e. hyperthyroid, normal,critical(one of thyroid hormones was abnormal) and hypothyroid.A comparison between four groups was performed and the correlations between different parameters (elements and thyroid hormones) were analyzed by oneway-anova and correlation using SPSS/PC statistical package respectively.The results show that the contents of Se between four groups are not significantly different (P< 0.05), the content of Zn for hypothyroid group is significantly higher than these for hyperthyroid and critical groups, the content of Zn for normal is between that for hypothyroid and the other two groups. For hyperthyroid group, there are significant correlations between elements measured and between thyroid hormones (except TSH), but not between elements and thyroid hormones. However for hypothyroid group,relatively strong correlations have been found between elements and thyroid hormones,specially Zn and T3/T4 ratio, and Zn and TSH.
