异步电机时步有限元模型在ANSYS中的实施

摘    要:提出一种异步电机场路耦合二维时步有限元方法,其铁心饱和以及集肤效应直接在场中计及。电路方程用于描述定子绕组连接及转子导条和端环连接,电脏源可以是任意电压波形。端环等三维端部效应可通过传统方法加以考虑。使用耦合与约束方程处理转子转动时,不须重新对转子进行刨分。试验结果证明了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:A time-stepping finite element method was presented to solve coupled field-circuit motion problems for the analysis of three phase asynchronous motor, Core saturation and the rotor bar skin effects were directly considered in the field calculation. The circuit equations were used to describe the winding connections to support voltage source with arbitrary waveform, Three-dimensional effects due to end-winding and rotor end-ring may be taken into account by traditional formulas. The coupling and constraint equations were adopted to deal with rotor movement without any remeshing process. An application example was provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of proposed approach.
