摘    要:近年来,中国石化人才培训工作取得了很大成绩,基本满足了企业不同阶段发展的要求。但各企业人才结构性矛盾突出,员工基本功训练水平参差不齐,培训内容、方法和考核评价等方面的现状与企业持续发展要求之间仍存在不同程度的差距。围绕石化企业的生产经营和改革发展,通过实现员工培训理念的跨越,以培训工作促进人才队伍的壮大,推进企业战略目标的实现,是企业培训工作的方向。

Abstract:In recent years,great achievement has been made in talent training in Sinopec;demands of various stages in enterprises have been met.But in enterprises,contradictions of talent structure are apparent,employees' basic training varies,gap still exists between present statues in training content,method and check evaluation and requirement of con- tinuous development of enterprise.The direction of enterprise training is:with production and operation reform of the en- terprise,by means of fulfilling leaps of employee training concept the training promote talent team to develop and to fulfill strategy target of the enterprise.
