摘    要:使用改进固相法,通过正交实验,考察了锂铁比、葡萄糖加入量,焙烧温度、焙烧时间四因素对LiFePO4正极材料电化学性能的影响.在优化LiFePO4合成条件下合成出具有优良电化学性能的LiFePO4/C正极材料,此方法避免使用球磨机,有利于工业化生产.使用XRD、SEM、循环伏安、交流阻抗对合成产物进行一系列性能分析,室温下0.1C倍率首次放电比容量139.6mAh/g,循环活化后容量上升并稳定至148mAh/g左右,30次循环后容量仍保持在147.4mAh/g.

Abstract:The synthesis of LiFePO4 via a changed solid-state reaction was optimized with orthogonal tests.The influence of the factors on the electrochemical properties of the molar ratio of Li /Fe,the quality of glucose,sintering time,and sintering temperature was studied;LiFePO4/C with an excellent electrochemical performance was synthesized under the optimized conditions.Because of without using ball milling,this changed solid state reaction way was conducive to industrial production.The properties of optimized Li...
