| 摘 要： | 生产企业物流管理业务的剥离正被企业用作提高物流效率降低生产成本的重要手段,对这些问题的探讨就显得非常重要。本文对于国内外物流业发展现状进行了探讨,分析了我国物流业发展面临的困难和企业物流业务剥离的趋势,提出了物流管理业务剥离的前提条件,研究了剥离后的运转问题。

| Abstract: | Separating material circulation management business from productive enterprise is the major method that enterprise is using to improve material circulation efficiency and reduce production costs, so it is very important to discuss this issues. In this paper the present development situation of material circulation at home and abroad is discussed, the difficulty of China material circulation industry developing faced and the trend of material circulation business separation are analysed, the premise conditions are put forward, and some issues after separating are studied. |
