摘    要:介绍了离子膜工段改造氯气总管逆水封连接管线、改进高纯盐酸泵工艺管线、改进淡盐水pH检测回路及增加二次盐水水流喷射真空泵冲洗水管线等多项工艺改进过程.流程优化后,生产系统平稳连续运行.

Abstract:Process improvements on ion-exchange membrane electrolysis procedure are introduced, including improving the pipe connecting reverse water seal and chlorine gas header pipe, improving process pipes for high purity hydrochloric acid pump, improving the detection circuit for pH of dilute brine, and adding a pipe for water washing jet vacuum pump of secondary brine. The production system runs stably and continuously after process improvements.
