Abstract:The main factors of affecting the current efficiency and DC power consumption of ionexchange membrane electrolyzerd with membrane electrode-distance are discussed from five aspects of gas control, opening, polarization current, water quality, electrolyzers protection during shutdown, and key valve according to practical operation experience on the spot.
