副立井井口操车系统安全可靠性研究

摘    要:基于硬性串联系统可靠度模型,建立了井口操车系统可靠度模型。通过数据分析,计算出操车系统各个部分的可靠度,并进一步得出整个操车系统的可靠度。通过比较各个部分的可靠度,找出了操车系统的薄弱环节为罐帘门,并对造成薄弱的原因进行了分析,且提出了改进措施。

Abstract:Based on a rigid series system reliability model, establish wellhead operating vehicle system reliability model. Through data analysis, calculate the reliability of the various parts of operating vehicle system, and further we draw the reliability of the entire operation of vehicle systems. By comparing the various parts of the reliability, identify weaknesses in operating vehicle system for the cage door, and analysis weak reasons and and propose mea-sures for improvement.
