煤矿井下主排水系统节能技术改造

摘    要:针对煤矿井下主排水系统设计中主排水泵台数多、供电电压高、输出功率大、启动电流大、运行工况复杂、停车时对设备产生冲击等情况,对井下主排水系统进行技术改造,使用QBGIB0/6000R防爆型高压软启动器对排水泵电动机进行降压启动,利用PLC技术实现煤矿井下主排水系统的自动控制,达到节约电能目的。通过改造,主排水系统运行良好,节能效果明显,具有很好的经济与社会效益。

Abstract:According to the design of the main drainage in coal mine main drainage pump system,quantity, supply voltage, high output power, large starting current, complex operation conditions,parking equipment impact conditions, technical modification of the underground main drainage system,using the QBG-IB0/6000 R explosion-proof high-voltage soft starter motor for drainage pump pressure to start, realize the automatic control of the main mine drainage system using the PLC technology, to achieve energy saving purposes. Through the transformation, the main drainage system is running well,the energy conservation effect is obvious, has the good economic and social benefits.
