电解槽膜极距改造技术方案的探讨

摘    要:给出普通离子膜电解槽改造膜极距电解槽的2种方案:①采用耐受反向电流腐蚀的阴极活性涂层;②采用不耐受反向电流腐蚀的阴极活性涂层,配套消除反向电流的装置.介绍材料的选择和阳极的处理,并就改造方案、改造后的运行方式进行对比.

Abstract:Two schemes for transforming common ion-exchange membrane electrolyzers into type of membrane-electrode distance are given. One is that the cathode active coating resists the corrosion of reverse current. The other one is that the cathode active coating does not resists the corrosion of reverse current and devices for eliminating reverse current are used. The selection of materials and the treatment of anodes are introduced. The reform schemes and the running mode after transformation are compared.
