蒸汽冷凝水综合利用

摘    要:采用80℃左右的蒸汽冷凝水替代蒸汽作为液氯汽化的热源,再将换热后约40℃左右的该冷凝水作为锅炉补充水,充分利用了蒸汽冷凝水的热量,达到了降低蒸汽消耗的目的.

Abstract:The steam condensed water of 80 ℃ is used as the heat source for liquid chlorine vaporization instead of steam, and the condensed water of about 40 ℃ after heat exchange is used as the make-up water for boiler, thus the heat of steam condensate is fully used to reach the aim of reducing the consump- tion of steam.
