煤矿安全监控信号传输抗变频干扰技术改造

摘    要:随着煤矿企业节能减排意识的不断提高,变频器广泛应用于煤矿电气设备中。变频器运行过程中会产生大量的高次谐波,高次谐波会对弱电信号传输产生很大的干扰。通过对变频器对KJ90NB煤矿安全监测监控系统产生干扰原因分析,提出解决方案,对安全监控信号传输抗变频干扰技术进行改造和应用。改造后的KJ90NB煤矿安全监控系统性能良好,系统运行稳定、安全、可靠。

Abstract:Along with the coal mine enterprise energy-saving emission reduction awareness continues to improve, the inverter is widely used in electrical equipment in coal mine. A lot of harmonics will generate harmonic inverter during running, will greatly interferes the weak signal transmission. Through the inverter to the KJ90 NB coal mine safety monitoring system to produce interference analysis,proposed solutions, the security monitoring signal transmission application of anti interference technology of frequency conversion. After the trans formation of KJ90 NB coal mine safety monitoring system is of good performance, stable, safe, reliable operation of the system.
