| 摘 要： | 针对板式蒸发器腐蚀问题,分析了其形成原因：锅炉蒸汽的品质较低,排出的蒸汽冷凝水显弱酸性;主要是析氢腐蚀,并存在吸氧腐蚀、氧腐蚀、酸腐蚀和磨蚀。提出将板式蒸发器改为列管式蒸发器的措施,并介绍了设计参数的估算方法及安装注意事项。改进后,蒸发器腐蚀问题得到了解决。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the problem of plate-type evaporator corrosion, the causes of corrosion are analyzed, such as low quality of boiler steam, weak acidic steam condensate. Hydrogen corrosion is the main corrosion mode, and others include oxygen absorbed corrosion, oxygen corrosion, acid corrosion and abrasion. Measures are proposed to substitute shell and tube evaporators for the plate-type evaporators. The estimating method of design parameters and the installation notes are introduced. The corrosion problems are solved after the substitution. |
