| Abstract: | On-the-spot investigation of safe use of chlorine in three German chlorine-involving plants is related. The differences in chlorine safety regulations between Europe and China are introduced emphatically. Some constructive suggestions are proposed to improve safe use of chlorine in China＇s chlor -alkali and chlorine-involving industry. |
