基于数学模型的刮板输送机可靠性分析

摘    要:煤矿开采中常使用刮板输送机进行物料运输,工作环境恶劣,承受荷载较大等因素对刮板输送机使用寿命造成影响。分析刮板输送机主要结构组成,介绍可靠性理论,建立刮板输送机可靠性分析的数学模型,对其故障构件进行统计。计算可靠性指标,针对故障最常出现部件进行强化,延长刮板输送机使用寿命,给刮板输送机优化设计提供理论依据。

Abstract:Scraper conveyor is often used for material transport in coal mining. The poor working conditions and other factors such as bearing a great load has a bad impact on the scraper conveyor life.Analyzes the main structures of scraper conveyor and introduces reliability theory, after which establishing a mathematical model about scraper conveyor's reliability analysis and getting statistical fault of its members. Calculate reliability index and optimize design of components frequently occurring faults, to extend the life of scraper conveyor and provide a theoretical basis to the scraper conveyor's design.
