石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定镍基高温合金中痕量硒

摘    要:介绍了用盐酸,硝酸溶解镍基高温合金样品,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定合金中痕量元素硒的方法,对石墨炉的工作参数进行了优化,考察了介质酸度、共存元素的影响,对工作曲线用标准系列进行了基体匹配,并对回收率及方法的精密度进行了试验。结果表明本方法适用于镍基高温合金中硒的分析,结果准确可靠,RSD〈10%,回收率85%-110%。

Abstract:GFAAS was used for the direct determination of Selenium in nickel base Superalloyst,he instrument parameters were discussed and optimizedt,he standard solutions are matched to eliminate the influences of matrix and coexist elements.The method applies to the determination of trace Selenium in nickel base superalloys.The result is accurate and reliable,which can meet the needs of the practical determination.RSD is less than 10% and the recovery is from 85% to 110%.
