摘    要:微波消解样品,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS),采用在线加入内标,可直接测定葡萄中的微量硼,方法简单、快速,加标回收率在98.65%~101.62%之间,测定结果较为满意。

Abstract:After the samples were treated by the microwave digestion technology, the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) was used to directly determine trace boron in grape, with the online addition of internal standards. The method was simple and rapid, and the results satisfactory, with the recoveries ranging from 98.65% to 101.62%.
