摘    要:以仙人掌茎的提取物对革兰阴性菌(大肠杆菌)和革兰阳性菌(金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌)、真菌(酵母菌)进行了抑菌实验,结果表明:仙人掌提取物对这几种微生物都有明显的抑制作用,抑菌谱广;透射电镜观察,仙人掌醇提物随着时间的延长对微生物的菌体结构造成破坏,菌体扭曲变形,进而细胞壁破裂内容物外漏,直至成为空壳或分解为颗粒状残渣;聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳显示仙人掌提取物作用使菌体内蛋白质减少,对大分子蛋白有破坏或抑制其合成的作用。

Abstract:Bacteriostatic action of cactus tuber extracts with alcohol by ultrasonic on gram-negtive bacteria: Escherichia coli, Gram-positive: Staphylococus aureus, Bacillus subtilis and eumycete: Saccharomycete. The results showed the extracts had obvious bacteriostasis action upon those microbe, the bacteriostatic spectrum was wide. Observation under the transmission electron microscope revealed that the cactus extracts destroyed the structure of the microbe, made the cell distorted, then the cell wall was broken that the cytoplasm flow out,until it became empty or was decomposed into granule residue. The SDS-PAGE showed that under the cactus extraction the total protein content in Escherichia coli decreased, especially the protein of large molecule, it can destroyed the protein or rejected the anabolism of the protein.
