实验草履虫对酸碱耐受限度的测定

摘    要:通过对8种不同酸碱度的稻草液培养草履虫的观察、统计,得知培养液的不同酸碱度对草履虫生长是有影响的。实验结果表明,在酸性较强(PH为3.0和4.0)的环境下草履虫均死亡。PH为5.0-10.0时草履虫均能正常生长。草履虫对酸的耐受范围在5.0-7.0之间;而在弱碱环境下,PH在8.0时草履虫的密度和种群增长率较大,并随着PH值的增大而增大,PH值大于10以后,草履虫均死亡。

Abstract:Culturing the Paramecium caudatum with eight different PH of straw leachate,the result suggested the growth of the Paramecium caudatum was affected by different PH. Paramecium caudatum all die at higher acid environment( pH3.0a nd4.0). Paramecium caudatum grew normally at the PH range o f 5.0 to 1 0.0. In acid environment, the tolerance range of PH to Paramecium candatum population is 5.0 to 7.0. But at alkalinity environment, the density and population Growth rate of Paramecium caudatum arc larger at PH 8.0,and increased with the increasing PH value. While PH exceed 10 all- Paramecium candatnm died.
