基于STEP-NC智能数控系统的研究

摘    要:论述了基于STEP—NC智能数控系统的工艺流程,提出一种基于多智能体STEP—NC智能数控系统的体系结构,整个系统由解释Agent、工艺规划Agent、监控Agent和决策Agent等12个不同功能的Agent组成,各Agent之间相互协作,共同实现STEP—NC智能数控系统的各种功能。以系统中的两个核心模块——解释Agent和工艺规划Agent为例,阐述了其实现的具体方法。给出了开发完成的原型系统部分功能模块。提出的构建智能型STEP—NC数控系统的策略和方法,对深入研究基于STEP—NC智能数控系统具有一定参考作用。

Abstract:This paper proposed a novel framework based on multi-agent for implementing an intelligent STEP-NC controller.The architecture derived from the analysis of process routine and the specific requirements for the intelligent STEP-NC controller.The architecture consists of twelve functional agents,such as interpreter agent,process planning agent,monitoring agent,decision-making agent,etc.These agents can cooperate closely to carry out various functions of the intelligent STEP-NC controller in a well manner.Furthermore,implementation for some key modules including the interpreter agent and the process planning agent was discussed in detail.A prototype system based on the architecture presented had been developed by authors on the integrated development platform of VC and ST-Developer.This investigation provides a feasible method to implement the intelligent CNC system based on STEP-NC.
