木粉改性陶瓷器皿的初步研究

摘    要:提出了一种木质砂光粉资源化利用的新途径。采用砂光粉代替部分粘土(比例:10%、15%、20%),在高温绝氧条件下烧制成园艺器皿。测试了器皿的物理力学性能,并分析了材料的显微构造特征。结果表明:改性过的木粉陶瓷花盆孔隙率高,透气性好;密度小,强重比高;吸水率高,膨胀率低;砂光粉施加比例可达15%。

Abstract:Sanding particulates from wood furniture industry were utilized substituting soil to make flower pot at percentage of 10%,15%,and 20%.It was found that a maximum wood composition of 15% was reached.The pots with sanding wood powder showed higher permeability,lower density,higher strength-to-density ratio,higher water absorption and little swelling.
