摘    要:采用表面响应法,建立了多位置换掺杂钛酸钡系低阻PTCR材料室温电阻率对配方的适应模型,通过对模型的分析验证了施主掺杂的实验规律,求解出本次实验的最佳低阻配方。

Abstract:The model of the influence of Y2O3, Nb2O5 and BaF2 content on resistivity of PTCR at room temperature is set up by response surface methodology and the fitted regression equation is obtained. Analysis of the contour plots confirms the law of donor-doping process. The composition of material, which can give the lowest resistivity at room temperature, is acquired.
