摘    要:使用ANSYS对分体式压缩机的压缩连杆进行了有限元分析。在假设条件的基础上,建立了压缩连杆的有限元分析模型。通过计算分析,得到了压缩连杆的应力分布,为往复压缩机连杆应力、应变以及疲劳寿命的分析研究提供了基础,对于指导设计具有一定的意义。

Abstract:Utilizing ANSYS, connecting rod was analysed in divided piston compressor by finite-element analysis. Based on the assumption, the finite element model of connecting rod was established. The stress intensity of connecting rod was obtained by calculation, which is the research foundation of stress, strain and fatigue lifetime of connecting rod in piston compressor. It is meaningful for directing design.
